Put the flour with the eggs, water and the salt in a bowl, mix everything and beat the dough until it blows.
Add the chopped persly under the dough.
Put the dough in a "Spätzle press" and press the mixture into boiling salt water
If the "Spätzle" come up, scare off into ice water.
To serve the Späzle heat them in the pan with Butter.
250g beef filet
120g onions in cubes
150g bell pepper
(100ml red wine)
→ salt, pepper, chopped parsley
Cut Beef filet and the bell pepper in Strips.
Cut the mushrooms in slices, the onions in cubes and chopp the chili.
Sweat the onions, bell pepper and mushrooms with oil in a pot.
Fry the beef filet in oil.
Add the onions, bell pepper and mushroooms to the beef filet.
Wipe off with rede wine and let it reduce. Repeat this 3 times.
Filling with cream.
Reduce the cream, add the parsley and taste.
