Vegetable Lasagne

The "Lasagne " give you new power for the rest of the day.

Lasagne:

lasagne sheets

500g carrots

200g celery

2ea bell peppers

1/2 stem leek

1ea broccoli

4ea beefsteak tomatoes

2ea onions

2clove garlic

1/2 pod chili

400g peeled tomatoes

40g tomato paste

150ml cream

250g sour cream

20ml olive oil

->  salt, pepper, paprika, fresh herbs

 

Lasagne:

1.)

Peel the carrots, celery and onions and cut into small cubes.
Wash the bell peppers and tomatoes and cut into small cubes.
Halve the leek, wash 
 and cut into half rings.
Cut the Broccoli into small florets.
Chop chili and garlic finely.
Sear carrots, celery, garlic and the chili in olive oil.
Add the peppers, leeks, broccoli and onions a little later and sweat with the other vegetables.
Add the cream,  the peeled tomatoes and the tomato paste.
Season with spices.
1. Start with the "vegetablesauce", put them on the bottom of the form.
2. Put the lasagne sheets on the sauce and press it in the sauce.
3. Add some sour creme on the sheets.
4. Repeat this procedure four times and put some cheese on the top.
 
Bake the lasagne in the oven at 180 ° C for about 35 minutes.
