Oriental couscous with pomegranate

"The oriental couscous salad is a super simple dish"

Method


Couscous:

400g couscous

450ml orange juice

1tb extra virgin olive oil

pinch of salt

1tb ras el hanout

->mint, parsley, lemon balm, coriander

->curry, cardamom, cinnamon

Put the Couscous in a bowl.

Bring 400ml orange Juice and a pinch of salt, curry and cardamom to boil.

Give it over the Couscous, stir it with a spoon and cover with aluminium foil and let it swell.

Chop coriander, mint and parsley.

Lift the ras el hanout, cinnamon and the herbs   and under the swollen Couscous.

 

 



couscous salad:

1 pomegranate

2 bell pepper

40g red onions

2 spring onions

10g ginger

1/2 chili

1 lemon

Peel the pomegranate.
Cut the red onion and the bell peppers into small cubes.
Chop the ginger finely  and cut chillis finely too.
Lift everything under the couscous and add the juice of a lemon.
Taste the couscous.
