Potato-vegetables casserole    with pistachios

Method


Casserole:

500g potatos

300g sweet potato

150g carrots

150g zucchini

150g tomatos

50g spring onions

70g pistachios

200g grated cheese

350ml cream

-> salt, pepper,  fresh herbs

1.)

Peel potatoes and sweet potatoes and cut into thin slices.
Peel carrots, wash zucchini, tomatos and spring onions  and cut them into small cubes.
Mix whole vegetables with pistachios and cream, and half of cheese.

Place in a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese and bake at 190°C for about 30minutes.
