Yogurt creme

Method


Yogurt cream:

4 sheets of gelatin

Juice of 1 lemon

20g sugar

400g yogurt

160ml Cream

 

 

 

1.)

Soak the gelatin in cold water.

Heat the lemon juice with sugar in a pot and dissolve the gelatine.

Mix the yoghurt with the lemon juice and the gelatin.

Add 1/3 of the whipped cream, the remaining cream to fold in with a whisk.

Give the yoghurt cream in a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.
